Who is Keeyu?
Keeyu was born out of the founders’ firsthand experience running global retail and fashion brands like SurfStitch, P.E Nation, and Papinelle. Time and again, they encountered the same costly problem: when something goes wrong in operations - whether a stockout, payment hold, or shipping delay - the issue is usually caught only after hundreds or thousands of customers are affected.
Existing tools, such as order management systems or helpdesks, are typically reactive. Keeyu flips the model. By integrating deeply across storefronts, warehouses, shipping partners, and payment gateways, Keeyu’s AI agent continuously monitors order flows and fixes problems before they escalate.
